STEP ALONG .........USM CONVOCATION 2008!!

There have six elements of production :

INTENTION

ACTOR
SITE

ACT

RULE

PRODUCT

Firstly, a site behind the DTSP was selected for the convocation.

Secondly, we should identify who is the actor. The actors are workers and hawkers.

Thirdly, the workers (actor) make an intention (build up the tent) with their knowledge.
They listen to the director, observe the site, understand what they suppose to do and

finalise with their experiences.

Fourthly, the workers start to build up the tent. (act)

Fifthly, they obey the safety rules when they build up the tent.

Lastly, here comes............all efforts !! (v.v) ... Can produce and START !!

14 August 2008...here we go !! ..

Now, the hawker becomes an actor. They make an intention “to get the profit by selling things.” They choose a tent built up (site), design it (act) and produce and sell their product. They obey the rules set by our university whose attach importance to recycle program.

17 august 2008 - last day for the convocation. At night, the hawker (actor) makes an intention to remove their things from the tent (site). They obey the rules and clean up their things (act). Now, an empty tent is their product.

so PEACEFUL.....nothing happen !!...

20 august 2008 – 23 august 2008. now, the workers (actor) come and make an intention to remove all the construction materials from the site and obey the safety rules. Empty grassland becomes their product.

as a conclusion, the processing of product must contain 6 element of the production.

if not we can't make a good product!!

PRODUCTION MODEL

The introduction for the building environment and human settlement is about production model. There have 6 element of production. They are intention, act, product, actor, rule and site. Intention could be explicit/implicit, constructive/destructive and good/bad. We must have knowledge in making intention. We should read, see, listen and understand. Lastly, think and transfer intention into our head. We also should identify right and wrong. Actor is individual who are professional or unprofessional that will produce the product. Act is someone who doing or perform something. This can do in individual or in a group. Rule is a regulation we should obey or observe in somewhere, time and when we doing something. It can category into two groups. They could be natural and man made. Product can be in physical, mental and spiritual form. Almost of it is supply good and service for the demand. Site has different weather at different place. It could be hot, average, cold and so on. There have two categories of sites. They are real sites and virtual sites. Some example for real sites are land, floor, table, paper and for virtual sites are thinking in our head, dream and internet. As a conclusion there have no product for no intention.

Isme that I taking just now is egoism because I believe that nothing is perfection and all of that can be improve. All people will do wrong so the something product by us may be wrong. All can’t be good as an angle and bad as an evil. All of thing will be balancing if we have good there also have evil in our back site.
